Why gargoyle kitchen?

Some folks decorate their kitchens with cows or chickens. I've collected gargoyles most of my life and always wanted a gargoyle-themed kitchen. I finally got my dream kitchen a few years ago and making food for my friends and family here is my happy place.

Ground rules:

Recipes first: I put the recipes at the top of every post - no scrolling required.

My recipes: I do my best to capture these, but sometimes I'm just throwing stuff in a pot. Cooking's not an exact science, and that's one of my favorite parts.

Credit to creators: I always credit the original creators or inspirers of the recipes I blog.

Transparency: If a recipe doesn't work or I blow it, I still share. Mistakes are how we learn!

Frequency: I try to post regularly, but we're all busy, so it may be intermittent.

Responsiveness: If you reach out with a question, I'll always get back to you.
